We currently have the following career opportunities in the United States and Saudi Arabia:

WAR COLLEGE INSTRUCTOR / PROFESSOR - experienced in teaching at a US War College within at least one of the following departments: National Security Policy and Strategy; Military Plans and Operations or Command Leadership and Management.  Duties include teaching portions of the 2007-2008 US Army War College curriculum for the first year based on the US Army War College model at the Saudi War College, Riyadh KSA.  Curriculum will include 4 US electives and exercises.  In the second year teach a newly developed war college curriculum specific to the KSA, and supported by the newly trained Saudi instructors.  In the third year, assist the Saudi faculty, who will teach the curriculum in Arabic.  During each course, travel with students for two weeks in the US to complete Foreign Area Studies, the visit will include but is not limited to US war colleges.    

Minimum Qualifications / Experience

  • Master's Degree
  • US War College graduate
  • Secret Security Clearance
  • One year teaching experience in a US War College

Desired Qualifications / Experience

  • PhD
  • Curriculum development/course director experience
  • Retired US Military within last 5 years
  • Arabic language proficiency

  SENIOR DATA NETWORKING AND COMMUNICATIONS ENGINEER - experienced in developing data networks, communications systems and verifying the system design against the system required.  Must have experience in developing market investigations and conducting life cycle cost estimates for major C4I programs. Must have a thorough knowledge of; and experience in requirements definition, communications methods and procedures to ensure the effective planning for an acquisition of the Royal Saudi Armed Forces C4I System.  The Senior Data Networking and Communications Engineer will supervise the design and implementation of strategic and tactical data and communications networks in accordance with the approved specifications. He is responsible for the Consultant recommendations of any modifications and integration of existing communications and data networks. He will work closely with MODA and other relevant institutions to approve data network design specifications such as routers, switches, TCP/IP network design parameters, any frequency plan and obtain the required frequency allocations, conduct site surveys with the contractor and seek approval of any selection of radio relay sites.  Assist with any maintenance support involving troubleshooting and repair of the communications equipment and test/support equipment.  Assist and perform preventative maintenance inspections on the system hardware to ensure maximum operational efficiency.  Review all quality control procedures used during system equipment maintenance and make appropriate recommendations.  Assist program management personnel on all maintenance matters and procedures, regarding the use of system spares, test/support equipment and technical orders.  Perform communication installation and checkout, design try out/open item improvement modifications, and upgrade modifications.  Support on the job training (OJT) objectives and will be responsible for designing and delivering all on the job training.

  SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER experienced (10-15 years) in technical management and systems engineering applied to requirements analysis, system design/architecture, and system integration/ acquisition.  Experience in DOORS is an advantage.  In depth knowledge of Computer Security Engineering as applied to command and Control systems (C2), open hardware architecture, and network protocols. C4I knowledge and experience is beneficial.  Must demonstrate an ability to plan, direct and coordinate the acquisition and engineering development required under this contract.  Must have a thorough knowledge of and experience in requirements definition and procedures to effectively plan for and acquire the Military command and control System.  Support top-level system design, systems requirements documentation, test specifications, test plans acceptance against approved specifications of the (Design Review) system. Analysis allocation to the system and subsystems levels; these activities will cover both software and hardware components of the system, and delivery of system solutions. Ensure that a rigorous systems engineering approach is applied throughout the life of the project.  Will ensure that all systems engineering activities are correctly documented and that there is clear evidence of traceability between all the systems engineering documents produced.  The Systems Engineer will ensure that appropriate Systems Engineering methods and tools are employed such as the use of the Telelogic DOORS requirements capture and management tool.

  SYSTEMS INTEGRATION ENGINEER - experienced in the design, coding, implementation and testing of large, complex SW systems using high-level languages and tools.  Must have experience in the methods of integration of COTS software components in a military C4I application.  The Systems Integration Engineer, in close cooperation with the Software Engineer will ensure that a rigorous Systems Integration strategy is followed. Review and give input to all Systems Integration and interface documents relating to hardware and software interfaces whether between COTS or customised components.  Review and advise on the Systems Integration testing strategy.
