with key stakeholders in each application to
transform business and user requirements

of usability support that is needed for each
feature request and educate others, as

CONFIGURATION
ANALYST
– In this position the selected candidate will be a member of the
Portico Program team and will be responsible
for all configuration control for the
program including but not limited to
tracking COTS/GOTS software, documentation,
software builds, software baselines, problem
report and change request tickets, and
hardware. The Configuration Analyst must
manage multiple software baselines and must
track both production and internal software
defect tickets and provide weekly status on
both.
Qualifications / Experience

Software baseline management experience.

Expected to take current program CM
processes and recommend improvements and
changes.

Experience with CM in a fast paced

REQUIREMENTS
ANALYST
– will be responsible for analysis,
breakdown, documenting, and updating all
software requirements. Expected to be key
figure it evolution of requirements
management/analysis processes. Expected to
work with all stakeholders including
customer, and staff SMEs to provide clear,
concise, functional software requirements
for the development staff.
Qualifications / Experience

Must hold a current Top Secret clearance
and ability to obtain SCI within 90
days. This means you must have held an
SCI in the last 60 months without a
break of more than 24 months in that 60
month period.

10+ years of related experience.

Must be experienced with breaking down
functional requirements into SRSs and
SSSs.

Must be a great communicator as will
have almost daily interaction with the
customer's functional staff, SMEs and
development staff.

Knowledge and experience with CMMI/ISO

SENIOR
SOFTWARE ENGINEER / DEVELOPER
– This position is for a Senior Staff
Software Developer for the Portico program.
In this position the selected candidate will
be a senior member of the software
development team responsible for
contributing to overall and release specific
designs and architecture, implementation and
unit testing of those designs, documenting
the designs and contributing to the design
milestone briefs, and mentoring more junior
developers.
Successful candidates will have extensive
experience with J2EE applications, web
interfaces, Oracle database development,
Java, and Linux. In addition, candidates
will need experience with SOA as a major
emphasis will be developing a new version of
the existing application using services and
SOA. It is expected the successful candidate
will have experience following coding
standards, working well with other
developers, following software configuration
management processes. Experience with Linux
systems, Cognos, Oracle 11g and database
high availability solutions are all pluses.
