We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and organized. The ideal candidate will have a can-do team player attitude and is willing to pitch in and help out as needed.
Reports to: Accounting Manager
- Provides general administrative and office management support for the Company.
- Process monthly expense reports and assist with travel arrangements as needed.
- Assist the Accounting Manager with data entry, filing, and special projects as needed.
- Responsible for ordering office supplies, coordinating office functions, and general office maintenance.
- Monitor Larkspur voicemail messages.
- Open and distribute daily mail.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
- Demonstrated oral and written communication skills required.
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive material with discretion.
