Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Inside Sales Manager who can make our lead generation explode.  This person will be starting as an individual contributor, but will be responsible for coordinating all our inside sales efforts, including contracting and managing our lead generation vendor and growing the team when the time is right.  Working closely with both Sales and Marketing, this person provides the link between the two, and makes sure all leads are followed up on quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and implement new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure the inside sales team’s success
  • Learn about our products, our customers, our competition and how we want to position our company in the market
  • Research and implement methods to increase customer engagement
  • Manage contract negotiations.
  • Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption
  • Report on inside sales metrics and spearhead improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual inside sales forecasts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Inside Sales experience
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, eager to learn and to try new things, with a problem-solving attitude
  • In-depth understanding of the lead generation and lead cycle processes
  • Ability to work well within a team and across multiple departments
  • Experience using MS Excel and Salesforce.com
Education
  • BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
