GSA Schedule 70 Information Technology
The GSA Schedule Contract, also referred to as the Federal Supply Schedule or GSA Contract, is a Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) Contract administered by the General Services Administration (GSA). The GSA Schedule Contract is the most widely used government contract vehicle. MTMS

Joint Munitions Command – Munitions Transportation Management System (MTMS)
A Joint Munitions Command program managing CONUS & OCONUS Class V weapons shipments and transfers, Sysorex designs, develops, integrates, tests, enhances, and upgrades MTMS as a small business prime contractor. Sysorex performs full lifecycle development, software engineering, application maintenance, and information assurance. Our team played a major role in the MTMS RMF certification process, as was the case with DIACAP certification years earlier, and ensures continuing compliance with RMF. Sysorex maintains 20+ interfaces, as well as a business intelligence dashboard and outage alert system based on heuristics and metadata analysis of interface systems.

SeaPort-e

The SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract provides access to Engineering, Technical, & Programmatic Support Services as required by the Navy Virtual Systems Command, its related Program Executive Offices (PEOs) and field affiliates. Customers who can use the Seaport-e contract include all warranted contracting officers of the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, and the United States Marine Corps.

SeaPort-e provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e platform. Since nearly 85% of its contract–holders are small businesses, the SeaPort-e approach to acquiring services provides opportunity that fuels the Nation’s engine of job growth.

Sysorex was founded on the basis of giving our customers the best possible service. Our primary goal is improving coordination to minimize cost and risk. Sysorex has taken traditional commercial methodologies and best practices and applied them to serving the Federal Government. Sysorex has been able to provide the Federal Government accomplished program management and highly skilled certified Program Managers. We accomplish this by using Program Management Institute (PMI) certified employees and following the guidelines set forth following the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) which states “The purpose of the Department of Defense Directive 5000 series set forth a unified approach that all services were to follow.” Sysorex’s highly trained staff has been using this set of standards for over 12 years in the National Capital Zone (Zone 2) and have continued to improve and redefine the process of integrating a solid foundation for the purposes of project and program management lifecycle.

Sysorex’s performance based measurement system ensures that Program Managers perform to the highest possible standards throughout the life of a project or contract. The performance system is a management process designed to assist the Project and/or Program Manager in planning and organizing to implement project requirements; providing cost and schedule performance data; evaluating and controlling cost and schedule variances; reporting status; forecasting completion date and final cost; and integrating contractual changes, while maintaining traceability to the original baseline. The Performance Measurement System (PMS) consist of a management methodology and the support tools necessary to implement this methodology. Performance measurement features a planning discipline that integrates work, schedule, and budget to create a baseline against which cost and schedule performance are measured; regularly scheduled status reviews; quantitative reporting of cost and schedule performance directly related to work accomplished.

Army AEWD

Army Advanced Expeditionary Warfare Development (AEWD) – The AEWD multiple award indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (MA IDIQ) contract vehicle exists to provide services to support a diverse group of organizations that span the spectrum of mission areas for expeditionary warfare related requirements. Expeditionary warfare involves rapidly deployable military forces operating overseas and away from their bases. U.S. Marine Corps attacks on landing beaches or Special Forces infiltration teams are classic examples of expeditionary warfare. Services to be provided under this vehicle include applied research, advanced technology development, demonstration and validation and operational systems development in support of the U.S. Army Research Laboratory, U.S. Department of Defense (DOD), and other government agencies that are involved with expeditionary warfare technology research.

Army EITS

Enterprise Information Technology Solutions (EITS) is an IDIQ contract vehicle utilized by the US Army Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems’ (PEO-EIS) for a wide range of IT initiatives that bolster information infrastructure, support communications and capabilities, and provide the warfighter with secure, reliable, standards-based access to data. Sysorex is a subcontractor to Octo Consulting on this effort, providing support in the areas of business process re-engineering, enterprise network and computing design, integrated logistics support, systems engineering, business management, systems integration, information assurance, as well as budget and acquisition support.

DHS EAGLE II

Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading-Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II) is a multiple-award IDIQ contract vehicle, specifically designed as the preferred source of information technology (IT) services for the majority of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS’s) enterprise infrastructure and initiatives. Sysorex is a subcontractor to ASM Research (ASMR) on this effort. ASMR is a prime contractor in Unrestricted Track Functional Category 1 (FC1) – Service Delivery.

DIA E-SITE

The Enhanced Solutions for Information Technology Enterprise (E-SITE) contract provides worldwide coverage of IT requirements and technical support services supporting the Government through system design, development, fielding, and sustainment of global intelligence and Command and Control (C2) assets vital to the security of the United States (US). E-SITE, a multiple IDIQ contract vehicle, supports both classified and unclassified programs on multiple networks and security domains. The services and capabilities supported by the E-SITE contract provide responsive, flexible, adaptive, and timely solutions for participating organizations to satisfy current and future IT requirements.

ENCORE II

ENCORE II provides IT solutions for activities throughout all operating levels of all customer organizations in support of all functional requirements including Command and Control, Intelligence, and Mission support area, and to all elements of the Global Information Grid (GIG). It can be used by Military Services, the Department of Defense and other agencies of the Federal Government.

GSA Alliant Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC)
Alliant, GSA’s premier enterprise GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of industry partners. Alliant allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements.

GSA OASIS

GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS)
OASIS and OASIS Small Business (SB) are multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. These contracts:

  • Span many areas of expertise and mission spaces;
  • Span multiple professional service disciplines;
  • Allow flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level; and
  • Allow ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level.

Army PEO EIS I3C2

Army PEO EIS Installation Information Infrastructure, Communication and Capabilities (I3C2) – Worldwide Communications and Infrastructure Support (WCIS)
I3C2 leverages IT and capabilities through transformation of network infrastructure and services for the Army’s Global Network Enterprise Construct/LandWarNet and the DoD’s Joint Information Environment initiatives. I3C2 is the primary program responsible for acquiring and delivering the generating force network capability required to ensure a single Army network from each post/camp/station to the tactical edge.

I3C2 supports the CIO/G-6, ARCYBER and NETCOM installation-level IT activities by designing and building the network and infrastructure and providing the tools and capabilities to plan, coordinate, synchronize and conduct network operations. I3C2 deploys and modernizes IT infrastructure to provide secure, reliable, survivable, interoperable and standards-based access to data, voice and unified capabilities/communications infrastructure. I3C2 provides these capabilities on classified and unclassified domains, at coalition networks, at permanent fixed installations, at semi-fixed foreword operating base/contingency operating base sites and at mobile ground operations. I3C2 enables and preserves the Soldier’s global connectivity and worldwide presence.

ITES-2S

ITES-2S
The ITES-2S contract allows the US Army to procure high-quality, cost-effective IT solutions and services for the Army’s enterprise business systems that support the warfighter. ITES-2S is contract vehicle for the procurement of solutions and services. It serves as a follow-on to the original ITES-Enterprise Mission Support Services Solutions contract. Services on this vehicle include business process re-engineering, information systems security, information assurance, IT services, network support, systems operations and maintenance, program management, enterprise design, integration and consolidation, and education and training.

ITES-3H

ITES-3H
Information Technology Enterprise Solutions — 3 Hardware (ITES-3H) is a contract vehicle designed to support the Army enterprise infrastructure goals with a full range of innovative, world-class IT equipment and solutions at fair prices. ITES-3H is a five-year, $5 billion contract through U.S. Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS), in coordination with Army Contracting Command — Rock Island (ACC-RI), which enables the Army, along with other federal and Department of Defense agencies, to acquire commercial hardware, software, peripherals, accessories, and related services necessary to fulfill IT missions.

TEIS III

TEIS III is a Multiple Award/Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity contract. The Total Engineering Integration Systems (TEIS) III contract supports the full life cycle of Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC) projects to include planning, design, development, engineering, implementation, procurement, logistics, evaluation, test, sustainment, and ancillary services to the United States Army as well as other Federal Agencies.
