Sysorex Secures New Systems Development Engagement With Gemini Observatory

Company will develop and deploy new computer systems infrastructure for Hilo, Hawaii-based operator of twin giant telescopes

Under the terms of the engagement, Sysorex will develop and deploy a new advanced systems architecture that will provide high availability, security and compliance for the critical computer systems currently under development by Gemini.

The Gemini Observatory operates two 8.19-meter (26.9 ft) telescopes located in Hawaii and Chile.
